I'll start out with a update with the girls since it's been a while....

So here's a picture of Jo and her cousin, Kayslynn to give you one:

They say a picture is worth a thousand words...and this one truly is.

This was Father's day while the girls enjoyed some cake and ice cream. Jo on the other hand, was satisfied with just ice cream as usual.

These days, Si Si loves to show off. Including standing on her head, flipping her little body all over the floor and spinning (yes spinning) on one toe. (I wish I had pictures) She is pretty good and it's the cutest thing EVER!

And here is Si Si herself with her little sidekick Lily also on Father's Day. She was being nice and sharing:

She has the cutest little feet ever. I could just eat 'em.
She also likes to adorn her cute feet with my heels, her pretend heels, daddy's work shoes, and of coarse, her big sister's shoes. Just the other day she stole her rain boots and headed out the front door. She will wave and say, "Bye I wuv you!"
She isn't picky at all. She will pretty much eat anything except for peas. She must get that from me. She would eat yogurt and cheese all day long. That and chocolate. Which, let's be honest, is ridiculous (but smart). One of her favorite treats is a cone topped with vanilla ice cream. She isn't clean about it either. As you can see...
and she gives kisses to just about everything including her baby, the tv when something cute comes on, her food when she's delighted with it, her Grandma, Papa, and Momma and Daddy...but that's just cuz we're around to solicit them regularly. If she knew you, she'd kiss you gladly too.
She's a jabber-box. She's putting together sentences now. Such as, "Jo Jo where are you?" and "Hi Daddy I wuv you!" She says Hi all of the time. It's pretty cute. She comes into the room and says it super loud all of the time.
As for our little Jo Jo she is growing up into such a mature little girl. She is sweet and innocent all those things that little girls are made of. She says the sweetest things and just today she told me this: "It's otay Mom. It's otay really...accidents happen."
She happens to be the one that is a little more quiet. A little more reserved. She is content with quietly playing with her toys or watching a movie on the couch. There are days that I have to practically drag her out the door, because she would rather just stay home.
and I guess, when all is said and done, it's hard to really put into words how you feel about your children. I don't think words really cut it anymore. They really don't. But since words are what I have to try to express to you how I feel...I'll tell you this - just the other night, as I woke Jo from her nap (because she would just sleep until 8 pm. if I let her.....seriously), I held her in my arms and began to cry. I thought to myself, "I won't be able to rock you and hold you like this forever, my sweet Jo. Please, please, please, stop growing up."
but then I thought, "I love you more than yesterday....so if you must grow up, you must. And I promise to love you more tomorrow than I do today.

Just please promise me one thing in return, let me keep you, and be your momma forever."

and that's my update for now.

{ My little loves... }

Having a sister is like having a best friend you can't get rid of.
You know whatever you do, they'll still be there.

My little Jo loves my makeup...I think she getting to be OBSESSED with it lately! The other morning, she found my eyeshadow ( I have no idea where) and I didn't notice until we were already in the car headed down the road. Don't worry, she seems to know exactly what to do with it.
This is her showing me her beautiful blue eyeshadow. When we got to where we were going she said, "Momma, I don't want anyone to laugh at me." I reassured her that it was really pretty and she did a great job. She jumped off her seat and said, "Okay thanks Momma!"

Oh I just love her!

Welcome, June

We have been busy with who knows what?! Life I suppose. Just doesn't seem like I can ever find the time for this blog lately. We are all doing good for the most part and finally all healthy and not sick!

We are enjoying June and Summer as we know it. The girl's are loving all the things that warm weather and Summer brings. They both have started to work on their Summer tans and sporting around in little swimming suits and sundresses.

Cambree started gymnastics this past week. It was as if she had been doing it for months. She
caught on just like that. She loved all the other girls in her class and is anxiously looking forward to her class next week.

My mom sold her house and is now staying with us until the house is finished. We have enjoyed having her with us. The girl's have loved seeing grandma in the mornings before work and seeing her when she comes home. Not to mention having her company and help has been wonderful while she is here. My mom is seriously the BEST!

As for Michael he keeps himself pretty busy with work and bidding jobs. We hope that they keep coming. Looks like they have gotten some more work in Hawaii. Not sure if we will be able to visit this time or not, but we are hoping to plan a family vacation soon somewhere. We all need one! Although everyday with my girls is super fun even if it's just hanging out in our backyard or going to the park.

Here are just a few Pict's as of late.

Bateman Girl...

Cambree is obsessed with these caps...she plays Superhero's all of the time now. While we moved my mom a week or so ago we found them. They used to be my brother's when they were little. We have a Spidarman and a Bate man one...I'm pretty sure Cambree likes the blue Bateman one the best.

What do you think?

Please tell me there are other little girls out there that likes this stuff too?! I'm just happy that she still enjoys being girly too.
